We ship through Australia post. Delivery takes 2-3 days average but can take up to 7 days for some areas. We are not responsible for shipping delays. Please allow a minimum of 7-10 days and for your peace of mind place your order even two weeks in advance of the date needed.
If you prefer you can have your packages shipped via Express Post. It is guaranteed for overnight to metropolitan locations and 2 days for remote locations after processing. Just give us a call and we can have it posted Express. The delivery cost may vary for this option.
All purchases you make are always quick and completed via secure online ordering provided through PayPal payment gateway.

There is a 7 day return policy. We do not give refunds for items held more than 7 days
In order to receive a refund you are required to EMAIL US to receive an authorization number and the correct address to return the item to. No refunds will be given for items returned without authorization.
If an item is received damaged you may ask us to replace it or refund your money. If the item is damaged we will ask you to return it to us and we will replace the item. If you decide you would like a refund you will need a return authorization before shipping the item back to us.
